The first graders have been focusing on changes in music. They are listening for changes in tempo (speed) and pitch. They are getting really good at using their listening ears.

Our first grade students have been learning many different songs that they get to use instruments with and are having a blast!

We have been looking at how notes go up high and down low using songs about fall and leaves.

This week we are taking a look at different Pirate songs in honor of International Talk Like a Pirate Day. (9/19) We have become really good at using a pirate's favorite letter.....
