ABOUTWelcome! The Central Registration Office provides assistance with the enrollment process of your child(ren) as they enter the Cortland Enlarged City School District. Here you will find the necessary forms, guidelines, and information pertaining to the registration process.
For each child that you register, you will need to provide the following in addition to the completed registration packet: 1. Proof of student's age - acceptable forms of proof are explained in the guide below. 2. Proof of residency - acceptable forms of proof are explained in the guide below. 3. Immunization records 4. Custody agreement and/or court orders (if applicable) If your child receives special services, please indicate this by checking the appropriate boxes during the registration process. If applicable, please bring the most current IEP or 504 plan. Copies can be made at the time of registration. Once you have completed the registration packet for each child and gathered the required documents, please contact our registrar to schedule an appointment. Complaints concerning enrollment and registration can be submitted to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) by mail to 120 Broadway, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10271, by phone to (212) 416-8250, or by email to civil.rights@ag.ny.gov. |
