March 23 Board of Education Meeting

There was a moment of silence in memory of Mr. Murray Banks and Mrs. Barbar Karn. Mr. Banks was a physical education teacher at Cortland from 1970-1978. Mrs. Karn retired as a fifth grade teacher from Virgil Elementary School.

Janesa Cornish presented Jennifer Drake and Anthony Canestaro with Tiger Paw Awards for their actions, kindness and heart during a student medical emergency.

Kristen Cinquanti presented Janesa Cornish with a Tiger Paw Award for her dedication, her passion, and her commitment to the students and staff at the Cortland High School.

The Board approved a construction contract for Phase 4 of the 2021 Capital Improvement Project, construction contracts for the 2025 Capital Improvement project, and other important resolutions. Link to BoardDocs: LINK
