Community Donates 400 Stuffed Animals to Parker and Barry Schools
The Cortland school community is showing its generosity in
a big way with the donation of 400 stuffed
animals to Parker and Barry schools. The “adoptable animals” recently arrived and have since been cleaned and prepared for students to enjoy.
In the coming days, the stuffed animals will be divided between the two schools, where students will have the opportunity to “adopt” one of their own. The donation is expected to bring smiles and comfort to many students.
School staff expressed heartfelt thanks to the Cortland community for its continued support and kindness, highlighting how gestures like this strengthen the connection between the schools and the community they serve.
