Memos

The district office has created and provides the following templates for faculty and staff of CECSD. Templates for other programs and applications may be added in the future. If you have a suggestion or request, please contact Alicia Zupancic, at azupcancic@cortlandschools.org.

Memos are used to communication with people from within an organization. There should be two empty lines between the subject line and the first paragraph. Some things to notice about the body text: It is left justified. It is not indented. There is a line between each paragraph. Don’t double-space between sentences.
