Auditorium Project

Built in 1964 the Auditorium at the Junior Senior High School had not been modified much since it was built. The auditorium was used by the whole community and was showing the usual wear and tear that such a facility will incur over time. On December 13, 2017, the Cortland community voted on a capital project that included (amongst other things) a complete renovation of the Auditorium. At the beginning of the 2020 school year, work was wrapped up on the auditorium and it is beautiful. After we have weathered the COVID pandemic, please attend a concert or play and enjoy the new auditorium, until that time there are some photos below.

As buildings and facilities age they need upkeep, soon the school community will be considering another capital project (news coming soon).
