The Cortland Athletic Department would like to advise you that any student athlete interested in playing a sport or participating in cheerleading, must complete the on-line registration in www.familyid.com prior to the first day of practice. For those first time users, you’ll need to start a new account and wait for the verification from FamilyID before you can continue with the registration. For those returning, you’ll need to update your information to the current school year, remember to provide a current physical if the previous one is more than a year old.
FamilyID is a secure registration platform which provides you with an easy, user-friendly way to register for our athletic programs. When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your basic demographic information for the entire family in your FamilyID profile. You will need to enter the basic information only once for each athlete and that information can be rolled over each sport season, you just pick the sport and make any updates that may be required.
**PLEASE NOTE: Sports Physical - must be current (within the past 12 months of the start date of a season) A physical must be uploaded into FamilyID each sport season or brought to the nurses' office at the High School. A drop box is provided in the Main Office during the summer if you want to drop off your physical information for the nurses.
