Arts in Education & Exploratory Enrichment

Certain performance-based events and trips are eligible through the Arts in Education program which is offered by OCM BOCES. Each school building has a budget allocation for these activities. You can find the enrollment information in the link below. Once completed, this paperwork and all communication records with the vendor should be submitted to the Building Principal for approval.  Once approved by the Building Principal, all paperwork and supporting documentation should be sent Juli Quinn and Karen Harvey-Stearns in the Business Office who will review the information for processing and ensure that building balances are accurate. Note: All agreements are between OCM BOCES on behalf of the Cortland Enlarged City School District.

Exploratory Enrichment activities are those that extend learning beyond the school day that are not related to the arts. Certain activities are eligible for processing through OCM BOCES. You can find the link to the paperwork below. Once completed, it should be submitted to the Building Principal for approval and subsequent forwarding to Juli Quinn, the Director of Teaching, Learning and Collaboration, for approval. The requestor should hear from OCM BOCES if the request has or has not been approved.
