Mr. Edwards PSYCHOLOGY Current Class
The study of psychology is both new and dated. It is a "new" science because it was only defined as a distinct discipline in the past two centuries. Still, the questions that plague and enlighten psychologists are those that scientists, scholars, and philosophers have contemplated since civilization began. The most basic of initial questions prove at once to be at the far reaches of imagination, and also, hint at how complex the study of the mind is. In this introductory course, we will begin here: Who are we? Even though this question proves difficult, all others in the subject derive from it. |
