Scholarship, Leadership, and Financial Need

Scholarship:

500 Four-year Awards

(For the 2009-2010 through the 2012-2013 academic years)

Criteria:

Any High School Senior who is a US citizen is eligible.

Male and female students compete separately for identical awards.

Application Information:

You must use the official 2009 MVS application.  It must be dated and signed by you, your parent(s) or guardian,

your guidance counsleor, and Lodge official(s).  Typewritten applications are preferred; however, neatly printed

applications are acceptable.  An electronic version is available to download at www.elks.org/enf/scholars.

The application must be filed with the Elks Lodge in closest proximity of your U.S. permanent address

on or before January 9, 2009.  To find your local Lodge, visit www.elks.org/enf/finalodge.cfm.

DO NOT SEND APPLICATIONS TO ELKS NATIONAL FOUNDATION - it will

be automatically disqualified.
